I really like coming here to get my car serviced! The guys there are so friendly and courteous, and do the job quickly and efficiently. Hubby and I keep coming back for both our cars because the mechanics there are so great. Recommend!!!

These guys know their stuff and the price is the lowest on island that I found so far. I took my car there and when I picked it up it sounded and ran way better than it was when I took it there. They even topped the fuel. The guys are professional and friendly. This is a spot that's like a hidden gem. I had a flat that morning they took a look at it and couldn't find a leak but to be on the safe side he had me come back a day after for a follow up, just to be sure it was ok. Idk about you? But I know that that act was out of kindness and they are professionals who go the extra mile for their customers. There are businesses that are in the community and there are businesses that take care of the community. This is a business that takes care of the community. I'm gonna be a regular. I trust them with my car.

My second time here in 2 months...the first time I didn't leave a review, but after coming in for another maintenance check I wanted to leave a stellar review of this business. All the employees are exceptional and friendly, especially Jake. I know virtually nothing about auto repair and they took care of me and my ride. Price is good and service too!

These guys are awesome! Just got one of my tires plugged from them and was in & out in about 5 minutes! The price was was less than I thought it would be too. Overall great experience

I've got a 99' 4runner. They made a same day appointment, changed the oil, topped off all fluids, and even tightened my battery terminal. Speedy service and helpful

First off Mahalo to Ross the Owner and Manager who at the last minute was able to take our car in. The check engine light came on and while my wife was driving, it stalled on the freeway, fortunately she was able to restart it and get home safely. I called Ross and he said to bring it in and they’d see what they could do, I also asked if they could change the spark plugs as I haven’t done that since we bought this used car. I brought it in early today and got a call back several hours later, saying they identified and corrected the problem, it turns out that the air intake manifold needed to be repaired and a part replaced. Like I said I got a call back that it was ready only a couple hours after dropping it off. The car runs great, the service was phenomenal and the cost quite reasonable. It’s really nice having a well qualified service station in the neighborhood. It’s a small shop but they really hustle. Other shops you may see cars there overnight some likely taking days if not weeks, here most nights their lot is empty, meaning owners got their cars back that day! Can’t say enough for Palolo Auto Service, Manager Ross and his crew. I remember my own Dad taking his car there years ago and it being worked on by him. His son Ross took over the business a few years back and continues the family neighborhood business. Thanks again.

Great customer service from Jacob. Friendly, transparent about pricing and part sourcing, and able to give me a discount on labor for doing a bunch of things at once. Plus he didn’t charge me extra for a diagnosis, as I had already paid another auto shop for that. Every other place was going to charge me for the extra inspection and did not offer any discounts on labor for getting multiple things done at once while the wheels are all off. This was an easy choice. Getting an appointment within a couple business days was easy, and even though i missed mine, they were able to fit me in the next day. You just drop off your car 7-9am and get it back before 5pm. Will definitely be back!

I can't recommend Palolo Auto Service enough. I brought my vehicle in for a brake replacement. J went above and beyond to explain the process and prices with me. The communication was great and the service was very friendly. The prices felt fair and transparent as well based on the service needed. Highly recommend Palolo Auto Service!
